Jay spent most of his life in sales and marketing roles rising to CEO and Chairman positions. He now helps others to improve their skills. His early training was with Ford and he spent extended periods in Director positions at Leyland Bus, JCB and Lansing.

Jay has been coaching Chief Executives and Directors in the Public and Private sectors for nearly ten years. He is co-Chairman of the Midlands Leadership Groups and Chairman of IDsquared which sources NEDs and NECs for the VC industry.
